1. Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are such a breeze, prep the night before and enjoy a stress free breakfast in the morning.
For this recipe you’ll combine 2 cup old fashioned oats, 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk/milk alternative), 1 ripe mashed banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. Once well combined, portion the mixture into individual mason jars.
Next cover and refrigerate overnight. Once ready to eat you can add garnishes such as sliced banana, chopped walnuts, cinnamon and maple syrup.

2. Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
This recipe is great for the days you’re craving sweet cinnamon rolls but don’t have the time to make them. The perfect mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla with that added nutrition of oats and chia seeds.
For this recipe you’ll combine 1 cup old fashioned oats, 2/3 cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla), 1 and 1/3 cup milk or milk alternative, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 1/4 cup raisins.
Then mix well and portion into mason jars, seal tightly. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
If you want a cinnamon drizzle, mix together 1 tbsp syrup with 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.
