This book was so sweet and wholesome. Bullies aren't tolerated and the children are taught that they are perfect just the way they are (as they should be).
I absolutely loved Chauncey and his very simple goal of becoming a bellhop. If I could do anything it would be to buy him a little bellhop jacket to match his cap.

What was your favorite moment of the book? What was your least?
If you could invite one character over to your house for dinner, who would it be and why?
Why do you think that Linus had chose to live an isolated life up until her met Arthur and the children?
All of the children were unique in their own way. Did you have a favorite character amongst the orphans?
Throughout the book conflicts were resolved quickly, would you have preferred to see conflicts play out more fully, or did you enjoy that everything always worked out?
How would you have reacted to some of the situations in the book? Would you have acted similarly or differently? Why? Why do you think the character acted the way he or she did?
Would you have read the files before getting to the orphanage?
Would you have stayed or gone at the end of the month?

It seems that Mr. Handsome of Extremely Upper Management had a similar stay at the orphanage. Why do you think he seemed so adamant on finding out more about Arthur? Do you think he had regrets?
Are there any unnecessary parts or underdeveloped characters in the book? What scenes would you add to or remove from the story?
If you could write one more chapter after the ending what would you write?
