This is an incredible science fiction thriller book. There are so many twists and turns that are brilliantly plotted.
If you are looking for your next book club book, Dark Matter will spark discussion on the multiverse, the choices we make, the paths not taken, and how far we are willing to go to claim the life we have always dreamed of.
There is so much to discuss about this book, and these questions are a good jumping off point. But I am sure your book club will bring up even more topics as you dive deeper.

Book Club Questions for Dark Matter:
What theories did you have of what happened to Jason that first night before it was revealed?
When the novel switches to Daniela's point of view for the first time, where you surprised by the scene that takes place? Confused? What did you think was happening?
How would you have reacted to some of the situations in the book? Would you have acted similarly or differently? Why? Why do you think the character acted the way he or she did?
- If you were Daniela, what would be your reactions throughout the book? Would you have suppressed the questions she wanted to ask Jason of why he seemed different?
- How would you have felt about living with the wrong Jason?
- How would you have decided which one of the Jason's was the right one for you and Charlie?
- If you were Jason, how would you have tried to protect your family from the other Jason's?
When you found a world that was close enough to reality, would you have done to that Jason what Jason2 did to you?

Jason1 and Jason2 live polar opposite lives, one with the ultimate family and the other with ultimate success. If you had to choose would you rather live Jason1's or Jasons2's life?
What makes Jason1 stand out amongst the others? Is our allegiance to him a matter of perspective? Or is there something fundamental to him that is more deserving of Daniela and Charlie than the others?
What kind of world do you think Charlie imagines in the end?
